At Querciabella, we believe that wine should be a product of nature. We pursue biodynamic
viticultural techniques, refraining from the use of any chemical and artificial products, like
pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, etc., because we think agriculture should be respectful of
the environment, and should blend harmoniously with its ecosystem.
We also believe that all children should have the right to grow up unharmed by poisonous
chemical products and additives, which are not only completely unnecessary, but are also
extremely dangerous to people, animals, and nature.
We strongly oppose the creation and use of genetically modified organisms, especially in
agriculture, since we believe the enormous damages they have already produced, and will
undoubtedly generate in the future, are irrefutable and immeasurable.
We also refrain from the use of all kinds of artificial manipulation in our wine making, first
and foremost the abominable reverse osmosis concentrators, which artificially modify the
natural chemical composition of wine, creating true enological Frankensteins: unbalanced,
disharmonious wines, which deceive consumers and wine lovers everywhere.
